The Savor Northwest Wine Awards have just been released, and we are very pleased to announce that our Estate-grown 2012 Reserve Pinot took Gold.
From SavorNW.com:
The Savor NW Wine Awards are designed to showcase Northwest wines and promote awareness of Pacific Northwest wine regions. SavorNW is a professional, single-blind judging of wines produced in the Pacific Northwest. The competition is professionally managed by the media and marketing company, Explorer Media Group, producers of the Savor Cannon Beach Wine & Culinary Festival and publishers of Northwest travel guides and magazines.
JUDGING & AWARDS:
An experienced panel of professional judges includes qualified members of the wine trade and media. Wines that are not selected for awards are not publicly announced or published.
Our Reserve is made from 100% estate grown Pinot Noir. In 2012, a tremendous growing season, we blended equal parts of our two clones, Wadenswil and Pommard, to create this beautifully dark, velvety wine. We've been excited about this particular bottle for awhile now, and it's so nice to receive recognition for a wine we too found special.
We believe in moderate pricing, so you can get this bottle for only $28! Interested? Feel free to shop around HERE!
